St. Mary's Parents Association - Sneaker Soiree

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This is going to be a party unlike any other, and you aren't going to want to miss it!

The St. Mary's Sneaker Soiree is a one-of-a-kind party and fundraiser hosted by the St. Mary's Parents Association.

The party and auction will be held in the beautiful Athletic and Wellness Center on St. Mary's South Campus, and Southern Valet will provide valet to all sponsor guests and ticket holders.

Ryan Trimm, Memphis Restaurant Association's 2023 Restaurateur of the Year and Owner of Across the Board Restaurant Group, has designed a food and beverage menu for the event that will include a specialty raw bar, martini bar, and delicious food and beverage pairings. Stocked bars with wine and liquor provided by Natalie's Liquor Warehouse and beer provided by Wiseacre will be located throughout the venue. 

Event guests will be able to view and bid on incredible silent and live auction items to provide additional support to St. Mary's. 

Other fun event amenities will include a 360-degree photo booth and light-up LED dance floor, live music by Wyly and Coyotes, and a "late night" DJ. 

Your involvement in the Sneaker Soiree will benefit St. Mary's Episcopal School to help ensure the school has the resources needed to remain the incredible place that it is for girls today as well as future generations.

ATTIRE: 
As the event name implies, guests are invited to attend the event in their favorite sneakers and dressy cocktail attire! 

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED: 

• Become a Sponsor: Sponsorship levels from $500+ are available and will provide meaningful sponsor recognition and premier and event amenities as well as vital support of St. Mary's Episcopal School to ensure that every student has the resources and support she needs to learn, grow, and thrive. 
• Purchase Tickets: Event Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Monday, January 15th, 2024 for an "Early Bird" price of $100 per ticket. The Ticket price will increase to $125 on February 1, 2024.
• Donate Auction Items: Your donation of an item or experience to be used in the Silent or Live Auction at the Sneaker Soiree will enable the event to increase proceeds to be given back to the school. 
• Participate in the Auction: Even if you are not able to sponsor or attend the event, you can still support St. Mary's through your participation in the Silent Auction. Items will be available for preview beginning March 30th, 2024, and the Auction will open for bidding at 7pm on Saturday, April 13, 2024. All items will close for bidding on Friday, April 19, 2024.
